HOW WILL MY CHILD'S CD/BOOK BE PERSONALIZED?

FOR YOUR MUSIC CD:
Your child's CD will be personalized in more ways than one!  The music will seamlessly sing your child's name throughout the entire CD AND we print a special message from you directly onto the CD's label!
Example:
         ELIJAH
     We Love You!
Grandma and Grandpa

FOR YOUR BOOK:
The child's name appears on an introductory page along with a dedication from the gift giver. The child's name then appears throughout each individual storyline as the hero, princess, fishermen etc. based on each book's own storyline and the selection you make for your little one. 
Example of Introduction:

My Fishing Adventure was
   created especially for

          Jane Smith
       at the age of 6

    With all of our love,
   Grandma & Grandpa

I CAN'T FIND MY CHILD'S NAME IN THE MUSIC CD NAME LIST!
You may want to look for another way to spell your child's name... Example: John and Jon are pronounced the same, but only one may be displayed in our list of names. If you still do not find the name after searching the phonetic listings, please do not order your CD; simply email us at musicforme@yahoo.com. We may have your name in another collection or we can offer an alternative name (nickname EX: Princess).

BE 100% SURE THAT WE HAVE THE CORRECT PRONUNCIATION OF YOUR CHILD'S NAME, NOT THE SPELLING.
The best thing to do is to find your child's name, regardless of how it is spelled on our list, and be sure the phonetic sound is how you pronounce your child's name. We highly recommend listening to the name also. We will then put the correct spelling of your child's name on the Personalized Music CD Label, just the way you want us to. During the ordering process, you will be able to select the phonetic name you’d like in the music and then the name as you would like it to appear on the label with the correct spelling.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

PERSONALIZED MUSIC CD:
Your music CD will be created and shipped within 48-72 hours.  STANDARD SHIPPING IS $3.00 for one CD, $4.00 for two or more CD's and takes 2-7 days. Priority shipping is $6.00 and takes 2-4 days with no guarantee. Express shipping is also available. Please contact us at musicformeonline@yahoo.com for Express Shipping options. Please check back for shipping specials.

BOOKS:
Your personalized book will be created and shipped within 48-72 hours. Books are shipped media mail and take 3-10 days for delivery. Shipping rates are the same as the Music CD's listed above.

ORDER WITH BOTH BOOKS AND CDs:
Orders containing both books and CDs will ship media mail and take 3-10 days for delivery. You may specify different delivery preference such as first class for additional shipping costs above the standard $3.00 for one and $4.00 for 2 or more.

CAN YOU DO FIRST AND MIDDLE NAMES, TWO WORD FIRST NAMES or TWO CHILDREN'S NAMES IN THE CDS?
We apologize, but we are unable to put two word first names (EX: ANNA MARIE) into the music CDs. We CAN put both names on the label with your special message, just pick which name or nickname you would like the music to sing in the SELECT A NAME BOX on your order form and type in the two word name in the CORRECT SPELLING OF CHILD’S NAME BOX on your order form. This will be how the name appears on the front of the label.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT PUT MORE THAN ONE CHILD'S NAME IN ANY OF OUR CDS!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY?
Unfortunately, due to the personalized/customized nature of Music for Me CDs and Books, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Our replacement policy is described below for damage, inaccuracy etc.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER? (misspelled name, etc.)
If you've made an error or a mistake on your order, please contact us at musicformeonline@yahoo.com immediately. You will need to contact us within 24 hours after placing the order as our fulfillment department is very efficient in fulfilling orders. If your CD/Book has not yet been produced, we are more than willing to change the mistake.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders canceled within 24 hours and/or prior to shipment will be refunded. Contact us at musicformeonline@yahoo.com within 24 hours.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING...WHAT DO I DO?
Your satisfaction is VERY important to us! We will replace your CD/Book if it was damaged during shipping. Email us at musicformeonline@yahoo.com within 2 days of receiving your CD/Book and we will reship the order.

However, no changes to CD such as label, name or collection or to Book such as dedication, name or title will be allowed for replacements. Identical item only can be shipped as a replacement.

MY CD IS SKIPPING, MISSING A SONG, HAS INCORRECT PRONUNCIATION, ETC. WHAT DO I DO?
Your satisfaction is VERY important to us! If after listening to your CD, you find an error such as the ones listed above, we will replace your CD. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at musicformeonline@yahoo.com and we will send a replacement CD.

However, no changes to CD such as label, name or collection will be allowed for replacements. Identical item only can be shipped as a replacement.

MY BOOK HAS INCORRECT INFORMATION, MISSPELLED NAME, ETC, WHAT DO I DO?
Your satisfaction is once again VERY important to us! Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at musicformeonline@yahoo.com and we will send a replacement Book.

However, no changes to book such as name, dedication, or different title will be allowed for replacement. Identical item only can be shipped as a replacement.

WHAT AGE GROUPS ENJOY THE CDs/BOOKS?
ALL ages enjoy our CDs & Books. 

For our Music CDs, the ages vary from 0-12 years old with the Birthday CD being enjoyed by all age groups.  Our sports CDs are mostly enjoyed by the 5-13 age group.  Our sports CDs are also enjoyed by those "BIG KIDS" (Adults). Our Books are enjoyed mainly by children ages 2-12 years old. However, they encourage reading to start as young as possible.
